I had an inspection in Barrigada this morning after my MLS committee meeting. It was a lockbox but the agent asked what time I would be there because the buyer wanted to be there also. Not a problem so I gave him a window of time I thought we could make it there.
I arrived as scheduled, set my sons to measuring and taking photographs. The agent introduces me but the lady beats him to it saying “I know you. You appraised 2 other properties for me years ago”. Here’s the upshot: She is the editor of the Guam Daily Post. She wants some of my island pictures for the paper and the online version (no pay of course), but she wants to talk about columns I might want to write for them about real estate. After exchanging emails where I sent her a resume and my social media contacts, she says she wants to check out my blogs to see what she might want to publish.
I haven’t told her about my books yet either.
Keep me in prayer folks, this could be a new chapter for me.
