Tropical Depression 78w is being watched as it approaches us. Guam is currently in Condition 3, likely Condition 2 by 8 pm tonight. Now is the time to stock up and button up. I see a lot of lines at gas stations and grocery store shelves are emptying fast south of us. We can expect rain and wind beginning Tuesday. Forecast track has it going between Guam and Rota and of course you remember the last one. So do what you can to get ready and pray for a hard right turn
